You'll learn the rules, techniques, and history of pétanque, a traditional French game that is similar to bocce. I'll also share local stories and anecdotes before we enjoy a few friendly matches together, accompanied by refreshing local drinks and regional wines.
As in true Provençal tradition, sessions are generally held from 3:00 p.m., when locals gather in the shade to play, chat, and enjoy the afternoon.
The experience can take place in Marseille, Cassis, Aix-en-Provence, La Ciotat, Toulon, or almost anywhere else in Provence, depending on your location. I’ll bring everything you need: pétanque boules, all the equipment, and plenty of good vibes.

All levels are welcome! No previous experience is required, pétanque is an easy and enjoyable game that everyone can learn, whether you are a beginner or an experienced player.
The experience may be cancelled or rescheduled depending on weather conditions, as pétanque cannot be played in heavy rain or just after a storm when the ground is not suitable.
The displayed price is per person.
During the summer months, especially on hot days, we strongly recommend bringing a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout the activity.
The game is designed for groups of up to 6 people. For larger groups, it is possible to organize multiple games with several pétanque courts available at the same time.
Pétanque is a game for everyone and can be enjoyed by all ages, from 7 to 77 years old!
